Pretty Flamingo

A "Greater Flamingo" (Phoenicopterus roseus) at Lion Park, Jersey Gold. The traditional pink colour derives from their diet of shrimps. Captive birds are paler due to the lack of shrimp in their diet.

For Weekend Reflections.
