St George's Church

St George's is the daughter church of the parish church of St Ouen. St George's was built in the north of the parish in 1880 and is situated next door to the parish primary school, Les Landes.

A contribution to the CDPB St George's Day theme and Our World Tuesday.

How unusual to see the tower with a pitched roof, so to speak. Lovely.

It looks like there is a gate house at the end of the parking lot.

The churches in your part of the world are so different from what I see around here.

A very solid church building. Love that blue gate! Thanks for your realisation of the theme.
