A lovely shadow capture. Our road crews use traffic lights like that when they are working on the bridges and have them down to one lane. I suppose it saves them from having to have crew members manning the traffic flow at all times and at the same time limits the traffic and weight on the bridge too while they are making repairs or doing their routine maintenance checks.
